Prior to serving as the Executive Director of the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence (INIE), Felina Martin served as the Director of Healthy Aging at the YMCA of Florida's First Coast in Jacksonville for five years. In her role, she developed the program, Brain Fit, to engage active older adults with incorporating exercise for both the brain and body.
