Course Description: Sometimes the changes we experience are small, nearly unnoticeable, unconscious… we adjust easily, our ability to shift instinctive. Sometimes they are seismic in nature, and by their nature are more disruptive to our natural capacity for responsiveness. We’ve experienced a global pandemic, economic uncertainty, political and social turmoil, business disruption, natural disasters – on top of that there is life. Anchoring to what is important to us – our values – can help grow resilience. And organizations can explore new expressions of their values to pivot in the face of unprecedented changecomes.
