In this half day workshop, veteran project managers Lisa Cashulette and Frank Pugh will apply the lessons of James Clear in Atomic Habits to managing projects and improving leadership and business skills.
The main reason that Atomic Habits is so relevant to success in management and leadership is that it meets life and business in timeframe it happens, namely day to day. Lisa and Frank will provide real world examples where they have made a difference and how this was done in an incremental manner. They will also provide exercises which will help the attendees build confidence in their ability to enable and sustain positive change.
