June Chapter Meeting: Organizational Change Management

In our featured presentation, Joanne Gallagher will describe Organizational Change Management (OCM).   This practice is essential for any project that has the potential for affecting how people do their jobs and interact with one another. OCM can include changes in policies, procedures and the evolution of organization staffing.  Done correctly, OCM can greatly multiply and enhance the benefits of a project and the ensuing operations.

Joanne Gallagher, CEO, is the founder and sole owner of SOAR. As a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Joanne has led multi-million-dollar projects and teams to support local, state and national programs in health and human services. With over 25 years of management consulting experience, Joanne has had the privilege of working in executive positions with Tier 1 consulting firms, including Deloitte, Accenture and KPMG
