June Chapter Meeting: Organizational Change Management

In our featured presentation, Joanne Gallagher will describe Organizational Change Management (OCM).   This practice is essential for any project that has the potential for affecting how people do their jobs and interact with one another. OCM can include changes in policies, procedures and the evolution of organization staffing.  Done correctly, OCM can greatly multiply and enhance the benefits of a project and the ensuing operations.   To expand on change management, Joanne will share the stage with William W. Wagner or "Wagz". Wagz is the current President of ACMP Florida Chapter.  Wagz will tell us more about change management and the Association of Change Management Professionals.
