Stephen Blount is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic guidance and leadership within PMOs. Currently serving as a PMO Director for the Florida Department of Corrections, Stephen specializes in providing senior-level strategic support to executives, ensuring alignment of project portfolios with organizational objectives. His expertise spans Strategy Management Consulting, Strategic Initiative Leadership, Business Intelligence Analytics, and Merger & Acquisition Integration Management. Stephen is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a recognized expert in the Balanced Scorecard Management System.

Throughout his career, Stephen has been instrumental in enhancing team engagement and optimizing resource management through a servant leadership approach. He has successfully implemented best-in-class project and portfolio management systems to drive strategic initiatives forward and eliminate resource contention.
