Calendar of Events

 

 At our December 2025 Chapter Meeting, we’ll reflect on our progress toward this year’s goals and share important chapter updates. The term of our newly elected board members will begin on January 1, 2026, marking a fresh chapter in leadership. The theme "Culture in Motion" honors the dedication of our volunteers, members, and partners who helped drive our mission forward. We’ll recognize our volunteers, welcome incoming board members, and share updates about our ongoing partnership with the Guardian Ad Litem Foundation, Circuit 2. The meeting will conclude with a keynote from Jim McShane, who will share how Strategic Doing and cultural leadership are helping workforce leaders create meaningful change in challenging times.

 

 

 Explore how workforce leaders are responding to systemic disruption and reduced funding through bold collaboration and strategic innovation. Jim McShane will share the creation of the Workforce Alliance, a nine-board coalition serving 76 rural counties across state lines, and how Strategic Doing™ transforms brainstorming into measurable action. Attendees will also gain insight into leading cultural changes across organizations, with practical takeaways for driving progress in complex environments.

 

 

With over 40 years of experience, Jim McShane has served as an elected official, president of a family-owned firm, and a leader in workforce development at the national, state, and local levels. Recognized as a lifelong learner, innovator, and visionary, he leverages strategic insight and leadership to identify patterns and trends, crafting solutions that drive organizational progress and transformation.
