Many PMI members have earned their PMP certification but hesitate to fully leverage it in their day-to-day work. This session addresses the root cause: imposter syndrome. Through powerful storytelling, practical tools, and interactive reflection, participants will learn how to silence self-doubt, embrace their expertise, and strengthen their professional brand as project managers.
