About the Presenter

J. Byron Greene is a transformational leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning higher education, nonprofit governance, economic development, and strategic consulting. As Director of Institutional Transformation at Florida A&M University, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that align people, processes, technology, and strategy to advance institutional goals and student success.

Known for operating at the intersection of vision and execution, Byron has built a reputation for bringing diverse stakeholders together around a common mission and creating the structures needed to sustain lasting change. His leadership experience extends beyond higher education through numerous board and community leadership roles across the Tallahassee region.
