About the Presenter
Rabieh Razzouk, is the Director of the Learning Systems Institute and Director of the Florida Center for Research in STEM at Florida State University. He specializes in designing and scaling technology-driven solutions for education, with deep expertise in STEM initiatives, curriculum development, and large-scale program management. Over the past decade, he has secured more than $120 million in funding across 90+ grants as a Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator, leading complex, high-impact initiatives.
Razzouk leads multidisciplinary teams of technologists, educators, and researchers to deliver programs across Florida and internationally, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving execution at scale. He is the founder of CPALMS, Florida’s official platform for standards and instructional resources, which supports over 260,000 educators and serves millions of users across more than 220 countries and territories.
An award-winning innovator, Razzouk has received multiple Florida TaxWatch Productivity Awards (2019, 2022) and several Florida State University Innovator Awards (2015, 2017, 2019), recognizing the impact and scalability of his work. His experience offers valuable insights into leading large-scale, technology-enabled programs and delivering measurable outcomes.
