Strategic versus Tactical Management Execution of Projects - Business transformations by their very definition are difficult to achieve and rarely meet their cost, schedule, and the originally-defined return on investment (ROI). Why is this the case, and how can this be avoided? Phillip Harman, PMP will describe approaches and techniques used to stand up, execute, and operationalize programs versus project management, as well as the relationship of strategy to tactical execution. TEK Systems will be paying for lunch for whom this is allowed. For those who are not allowed to accept the free lunch, you can pay for your lunch individually.
