Dinner Event - Creating Risk Mitigation Strategies for Government Programs

Creating Risk Mitigation Strategies for Government Programs:

a Case Study on Eglin AFB

Kyle Hartman will focus on how to incorporate risk mitigation

into the delivery of a government contract using his company’s

10 year contract on Eglin AFB as an example.

Our Speaker: Kyle Hartmann

Kyle Hartmann

Kyle Hartmann graduated from Florida State University in December of 1999 with a degree in Criminal Justice with the goal of becoming an FBI agent. After becoming injured in Marine Corps Basic Training during his junior year at FSU, he took his career inspirations in another direction.  Upon graduating, Mr. Hartmann accepted a Project Management position with Allegis Group, where he managed contracts in the Florida Panhandle that provided Engineering, IT and Operations support to many of the military installations in the area: NAS Pensacola, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, Naval Surface Warfare Center in Panama City, among others.  After 8 years of Project Management and Business Development roles for the company, he ventured out and started his own firm, with his wife Stacy.  TRS and TRS Government Services were founded in 2007 in Tallahassee.
